The band Nu-Blu will perform a concert of bluegrass music on Monday, June 25, at 7:00 p.m. at the Collins Theatre, 120 West Emerson Street, in downtown Paragould, Arkansas.  The concert is part of the Bluegrass Monday concert series presented by KASU 91.9 FM.  KASU will literally “pass the hat” during the concert to collect money to pay the group.  The suggested donation is $5 per person.

JONESBORO – The band Cedar Hill will perform a concert of bluegrass music on Monday, Jan. 22, at 7 p.m. at the Collins Theatre, 120 West Emerson Street, in Paragould.  The concert is part of the Bluegrass Monday concert series presented by KASU 91.9 FM. 

Frank Ray, who still leads the band today, formed Cedar Hill in 1967.  This Missouri-based group plays traditional bluegrass heavily influenced by the music and culture of the Ozark hills.

JONESBORO – The band No Time Flatt will perform a concert of bluegrass music Monday, Nov. 27, at 7 p.m. at the Collins Theatre, 120 West Emerson Street, in downtown Paragould.  The concert is part of the Bluegrass Monday concert series presented by KASU 91.9 FM, the 100,000-watt public broadcasting service of Arkansas State University. 

Jeff Scroggins and Colorado will perform a concert of bluegrass music on Monday, April 25, at 7:00 p.m. at the Collins Theatre, 120 West Emerson Street, in downtown Paragould

Bluegrass Monday comes to the Collins Theatre in Paragould.  The bluegrasss band, The Bankesters, will perform on February 27th.  KASU's Marty Scarbrough features the band in this edition of Spotlight on the Arts.
