Normal operations at Arkansas State University Jonesboro have resumed after officials placed the campus on lock down.
An emergency alert was sent out Sunday afternoon in response to a call of armed intruders at the Carl R. Reng Student Union. Local law enforcement and university police investigated the incident and found it was students working on a video project for a class.
No arrests were made and no injuries were reported in the incident.
The lock-down protocol was last activated in December 2015 after a gunman drove on to the student union lawn. That incident ended peacefully with no injuries.
