Nearly 500,000 Arkansans are uninsured and will be required to have health insurance under the Affordable Care Act. Open enrollment under the new health care law is underway through March 15th. Hundreds of In-Person Assisters, or IPAs, are located in health units across Arkansas. Their job is to help people navigate their way across the online insurance marketplace to choose an appropriate plan. KASU's Johnathan Reaves has more in this report.
