Every day, the Children's Shelter in Walnut Ridge provides a safe place for children and their siblings who are removed from their homes due to abuse or neglect.  In this edition of Making a Difference, KASU's Johnathan Reaves examines Children's Shelter and looks at some of the challenges they face.
