Gay Marriages off for now in Arkansas
Gay marriages are off for the time being in Arkansas after a ruling from the Arkansas Supreme Court. County clerks around the state say they will wait for further clarification from the courts about gay marriage. The Arkansas Supreme Court handed down a decision yesterday that refused to put a hold on Judge Chris Piazza's ruling that the state's gay-marriage ban was unconstitutional.
